Roadmap
Phase 1 - Connect
Call a phone number with the option to talk to a human or leave a recording. Your records will be created in real time with the agent choice, or soon after a recording. Get notified of your record creation.
Phase 2 - Automate
Option for real time recording transcription and record creation or talk to a bot. If you’re not quite sure what you want to do or how to do it, RelayBot will walk you through it all.
Phase 3 - Mobile App
Integration with the Repbox mobile app 2.0 will make Relay even easier to use. We want to get rid of the need to even have to call a number. Just open the mobile app on your phone and tap Relay.
Phase 4 - Ecosystem
We want Relay to be accessible wherever you are, by whatever you want. We want you to be able to control Repbox using all-things-voice. Alexa, Google Home, Siri, and maybe something cool we haven’t even thought of yet!.
